What material are the tote bags made from?

Our tote bags are made from 100% heavy-weight cotton canvas (12 oz/yd² | 406.9 g/m²), making them durable, reusable, and perfect for everyday use.

Can I return my order?

Because each tote bag is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund if the issue is confirmed.

Can I iron the bag?

Yes, you can iron your tote bag if needed. However, do not iron directly over the printed design, as this may damage the print. For best results, turn the bag inside out or place a thin cloth over the print before ironing.
